What Orbit Lots collects, how it is used, and the choices you keep.

What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and login details, and the same for any manager you invite.
- Park records you enter: lots, residents, leases, meter readings, charges, payments you record, work orders, notices, and bookkeeping entries.
- Billing information: subscription payments are handled by our payment provider; we keep the record of your plan and payment status, not your full card number.
How it is used
Your information is used to run the program for you: showing your park’s records, running billing, producing your books and exports, and preparing the billing notices you turn on in your park settings. Those notices are written in the program and lined up for you under Resident emails.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information or your residents’ information.
- We do not use your park’s records to advertise to your residents.
- A resident’s page shows that resident only their own balance and record.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run Orbit Lots (such as hosting and payment processing), only as much as each one needs, and when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can export your park’s records at any time from inside the program — the export is always available. You can ask us to correct or delete your account information by emailing camporbit2026@gmail.com. Deleting an account removes its records, so take an export first if you need them.
Security
Accounts are protected by login, and owner-only areas — the books, the plan, and payment settings — are restricted to the owner’s login. No system is perfect, and we will notify account holders of a breach affecting their records as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will post the new version here and note the date it takes effect before it applies.
